Benedicto Morcilla is a Certified Public Accountant who has the insight and experience as a professional manager. He manages the RCPT clinic at the most professional standards that will rebound to an effective disposition of excellent services to clients and patients. He continue to develop the different functioning departments of the office to support the clinical services. Mr. Morcilla leads the business management team.
